Shop Policies

Due to the handmade nature of these items, we do not accept any returns.  If your item has been damaged, is defective or your order is incorrect, please contact us at within 30 days of your purchase.  We will evaluate the issue on a case by case basis and, if appropriate, send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you are unsatisfied with your item in anyway contact us at within 30 days and an exchange may be made.  

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
